SCS Software has said in the past that they do not intend to duplicate achievements between their games.
So if "Test Drive Limited" exists in ETS2, they are unlikely to add it to ATS.
Same reason as to why there isn't an achievement for 100% map completion in ATS.

The sound warnings are from a mod with an improperly set trailer chassis definition file. The hook errors are from the special event trailers that are used in the random events/detours from my experience. SCS Software will need to fix those as they involve the parked AI trailers. Given how new the weigh station feature is in ETS2, I don't think there are any mods of this nature yet.
Implementing the PrePass device status lights might also be difficult to do for ETS2.
In ATS, the PrePass device status lights are part of the truck interior animation files.

Paint.NET doesn't support layer masks, but GIMP does. I've been using GIMP to directly edit the color channels for light masks etc. using the option of Decompose for the color layer data. It's the fuel price sign on the side of the road there that is showing as discoverable.
This object should be hidden from the map/GPS.
