This is a request for the new (v1.46+) Photo Studio mode -- please add index numbers to the images.

I'm pretty sure that image indexes was a feature present in the older (pre v1.46) photo gallery images.
This feature (re)addition will help users identify various images they are comparing.

Wanted to update that moving aside the "Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder stopped the video resolution bug, suggesting the problem is with my local configuration directory. Even using a new test profile, some of the video settings must be shared.
