thats not how it works, if you have 2 locators with the same name the second one will be ignored if one is already in use, this is only doable with the truck_config_scene, where i hope that SCS lets us define our own in the future

because it didnt create one yet, the moment you use it the first time it is created and the linked folder is noted in it, if you remove it conversion tools is stupid and cant do anything, create a new .txt file called extra_mount and it should work again
