Bushnell Farms and Grand Pastures are sort of dairy farm companies as some of their outputs like milk, butter, cheese, etc. could be relevant. But they also have outputs like meat, food?, frozen foods too. And they are different from Sunshine Crops or Golden Meadows in terms of output.

there is an option in the editor to specify which type of trailers can load/unload in each of delivery points, not sure if it's working or in the beta phase and still not implemented.

What would be the point of wheat/corn/etc. if we don't have specialized wheat or corn farms and depots? the same goes for beef/pork/chicken if we only have a general food plant.

Not sure if it's mentioned before, but on the topic of agriculture, there are some assets for a new company called Calimondo in the game files. There are also signs of Dr. Hammer and Shop Town companies, both are new to me.
