I don't think it's currently used by the game. Nevertheless, it's good to prepare in case of future use by the vanilla map or map mods.

@TeamDeer - You should check if the "more than 10% damage" applies to your truck's wheels and if your odometer reading shows that the truck has driven a lot of miles.
