Downshift Engine Braking way you dont fix the problem

i'm using logitech G27 racing wheel
en your Downshift Engine Braking is not working on
euro truck simulator 2 its a simulator so way don't you not work on it euro truck simulator

If you set it on automatic, the engine brake or the retarder will work automatically when you push the brake paddle.

In modern trucks there is no engine brake handle or retarder handle.

Besides that: the engine brake works only if the revs of the engine is high enough.
When I must brake, I shifting down and hold the revs on 1500 rpm.
If the engine revs is idle, the engine brake won't work.

wrong trucks still have retarder handles.. for scania this is on the same as the gearshift.. the right on.
