Thrustmaster TX rims Ferrari F250 and Sparco R383

#1 Post by Underscore_101_ » 28 Oct 2021 15:34

So when i use the Ferrari F250 wheel i can get the ffb more or less perfect, but with the Sparco R383 mod rim it generally feels the steering is too light, for lack of a better word :-)
My current settings are like this:

Code: Select all

 config_lines[41]: "constant c_ff_enabled 1.000000"
 config_lines[42]: "constant c_ff_gain 10.000000"
 config_lines[43]: "constant c_ff_hi_spd 1.000000"
 config_lines[44]: "constant c_ff_lo_spd 0.310000"
 config_lines[45]: "constant c_ff_fricton 1.000000"
 config_lines[46]: "constant c_ff_engine 0.180000"
 config_lines[47]: "constant c_ff_surface 0.090000"
 config_lines[48]: "constant c_ff_bumps 0.340000"
 config_lines[49]: "constant c_ff_collis 0.000000"
 config_lines[50]: "constant c_vff_surfac 1.000000"
 config_lines[51]: "constant c_vff_bumps 1.000000"
 config_lines[52]: "constant c_vff_collis 1.000000"
What's left to change so the steering on the R383 feels less light/heavier?,... i'm ok with making 2 controls files that i need to switch for when i want to use the other wheel.... I prefer to use the light F250 wheel for ATS and ETS2 because it doesn't have buttons and flappy pedals, but sometimes i play other games that are better suited for the R383 rim, switching controls files is just easier than switching rims :-)

The 383 rim is much heavier than the F250 rim
