To G29 wheel users, I can confirm this works. Although I don't know if this is realistic or not, because I myself haven't driven a big truck like those, not even a small truck. I only drive old shitbox from 90's and a 2016 econobox with power steering.

I'm using the new Logitech G-Hub driver for my G29 steering wheel. I also tweaked the config file for a bit and I found the FFB is somewhat better than from standard SCS FFB. The springing effect is there. The damper effect is not as strong as SCS FFB. The engine vibration is there.

Oh one more thing, I used the FFB Plugin v2.5.1
It's available on this thread on page 138, the author updated it on that page.

Edit : one thing I do find pretty annoying is that when your PC does lag a lot (which in my case it's quite often), it sometimes set your gear back to neutral when driving manual with shifter.

Plus don't immediately upgrade your garage when you just started your save. I did upgrade one of my garage in game, and my wheel and pedal doesn't work. Tried "sdk reload" and still won't work. Best option is to restart your game.

Could anyone please explain me how to install this? If I disable the in game FFB there is no FFB at all but with the ingame ffb on it's kinda working. Does anyone have some good in game settings?

Ok I've somehow made it work but there is a very hard and weird feeling when starting to turn either left either right. It's just very stiff for a moment and it feels like ''hitting'' something. I don't know how to exactly explain it.... This is my log tho.

I also want some vibrations for high rpms or something but the engine vibration settings doesn't seem to work, what value should I set it to? What about the overload one?

It works, indeed. Put Real_G27_ffb.ini and Real_G27_ffb_x64.dll in American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins, disable Force Feedback in game, and you should be good to go. If you get a popup regarding SDK functions when you start the game, then that's telling you you at least placed the files correctly.

What makes you say it is not working for you?

I think the files are added correctly, the window pops up because I have also added telemetry.
why I think it does not work because once I managed to change the LED display on the steering wheel and now this button does not work, although in config I checked it is ok and I do not feel a difference in FFB with this plugin

I try to use this plugin on ATS with my Logitech Driving Force Pro, but it doesn't seems to work.
Should I install both FFB Plugin 2.5 and ATS plugin 2.1 in X64 folder ?
And in Logitech Profiler, should I check "Allow game to adjust settings" or not ? Because in the readme it says it should be checked, but in config screenshots in 2nd post it's unchecked.

Just to be clear, this only works in Windows, not in Linux under WINE. The reason I mention this is that I don't recognize the file manager in your screenshot. If you are using Windows, please ignore my comment.

But it is working if you have in-game FFB disabled and you feel FFB.
