How to make economy reset in 1.28 patch?

Hi guys,

I heard that the rules for economy reset have changed in 1.28 patch...Is that true? if so, how can I reset economy now?

@bumbumek, new change: not required the command "g_force_economy_reset 0". A zero is done automatically.
