DLC activation codes for NON STEAM ETS2?

Hey just one question, I have downloaded all the 3 DLC:S from the Eurotrucksimulator website since I don't own a steam copy of the game. When I start the Game it asks for an activation code for each DlC. Here comes the question, how do I purchase thees codes? I can only find steam codes for them.

A: You can buy the legacy version here: Euro Truck Simulator 2, Going East!, Scandinavia, Vive la France !
Please note that legacy keys for Vive la France ! can't be activated on Steam.

then you are out of luck, the game is Steam Only with all DLCs, buy it and play it, or dont buy it and stop asking for keys

@CARL ETS2 is not yet Steam only.

The digitial edition is being phased out. It's possible that those DLC will never be released this way.
