Cant connect DLC

I play this game on my old steam account
Now I have new. I bought game one more time. I loggin to my old world of truck account and now i cant coonect dlc which i buy in a new steam account. Its said that the game connected to other (my old) steam account
What should i do?
Can you delete ol connected games and dlc to my wot account?

If you cant see it, then it's support@scssoft.com and it is working, i have tryed and their support is amazing
