Changes in the reworked French cities, I suppose, right?

If that's so ans some people wants to get the 100% from a profile that has been changed by those French cities, be aware that in the middle of Lyon's urban zone there's a very narrow stretch of road that has changed and turned gray; even if the city has not still been reworked in the game.

I suppose this little detail slipped into the version that included the last reworked ones because Mandelsoft was already starting to work in there.

this is cheating, the achievement should be done with the SCS map to be legit not with a cheating map, but Steam dosnt enforce this unlike XBL where achievements will be blocked with mod or cheat usage

Everybody to its own ethics. At the end, people doing those tricks are only cheating themselves.

If the % counter under 100% hurts them so badly, they are going forever to feel that because every update could have a little change like that in Lyon to ruin that 100% and bug them for quite a time. So I'm on the opinion that it's way better to just play, take any chance you could to keep discovering new road sectors and with time the achievement could be at reach. And if not, nothing bad happens. To be obsessed with game achievements isn't good for the mood.
