beep sound instead yawn sound

it was a mod for beep sound instead yawn sound for ets2 and i still have the mod but the sounds are in ogg format and i dont know if its possible to replace that sound in the 1.39 update. Can anyone help me converting this sound or maybe there is a tutorial for that? anything can help
