Hi
Please excuse me if I am wrong but... today I was planed to buy Euro truck simulator 2. I put it into Steam buy chart and while I was having problems with card payment's (Token didn't work), price was elevated. Why did price changed if game is already in the process of buying?! I was prepared for 5€, and suddenly there was 20€ price. I think this is not fair.
Thank you.

complain to Steam, this has nothing to do with SCS, and just because a product is in your basket doesnt mean you get the price, you only get it if you buy it, you didnt buy it so you have to buy it for the listed price

Re: 20 instead 5€ price
The price you should pay is the one listed when you start the payment operation (not when viewing the cart). Either you had the bad luck of start the payment at the moment the offer expired, or Steam had an internal problem. Whatever, SCS can't directly help you in anything because the insight on the payment platform is only for Steam staff (as far as I know from other games). You should tell them about whatever claim you have if you consider it has been a fault on their platform.

When you first opened the store page there would have been a counter with the time remaining on the deal. Presumably this timer expired before you purchased the game.
