IS it possible to play VR with 1.4.2

So i am currently on 1.41 with sdk 1.40 as the game was updated to support convoys Will the vr support be updated so that we ourselves can do convoys in VR mode or is it impoosible to do as i love playing ETS2 and ATS in VR mode.

I would guess you can play 1.42 in VR a short while after 1.42 goes out of beta, the VR branch is a side project (if you will), it doesn't get updated at the same time the "normal" game does, always sometime later.

As VR is a beta is can't be combined with another beta, so as stated by Underscore_101_ it will be available shortly after 1.42 is fully released.

So i stick the game beta in 1.4.2 and hope for the best if the VR will work as the command is -oculus

It won't work. It can't work. If you want VR you have to stay with 1.41.

@ttvytangelofhype It is not just -oculus, there is also part where you must select "vr beta". That is same selector where you choose "1.42 beta". And as said above, you can't choose 2 things with 1 selector.

Okay so i go to 1.4.1 then no worries when do you think they update it to support vr in 1.4.2

They will update to 1.42 (not 1.4.2) some time after 1.42 is out of beta. There is no guarantee on an exact date, as SCS never commits to exact release dates. It will be released when it is ready.

Looks like 1.42 for VR is already up. Beta automatically updated to the following for me:
oculus - Oculus+OpenVR - 1.42 - (SDK 1.4.0)
