Just wondering if there are any commands to increase traffic density? I wouldn't mind a bit more of a challenge on the road.

I used the search function and couldn't find anything so apologies if the answer is sitting right under my nose and I didn't find the right keywords!

Try g_traffic x, where x is an integer number larger than the default value (1).

Hello,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me I am playing ATS and I have changed both lines in the cfg file but my console will only open if i am on certain windows. If I am on the main menu the only way i can open the console is if I open either the mod manager or the edit profile windows. If i am just on the main menu the console does not open. If I go in game the only way I can open the console is if I go to the menu and open the about tab and than go into either the truck menu or the trailer menu. If I am just sitting in my truck the console will not open. The free cam works when i press the 0 key. I even tried it in windowed mode and it still does not work unless i open one of the other windows first. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just reinstalled ATS and ETS2 (got a new computer, and all of my old profiles are sadly lost to a dead drive on my old one), and the dev console commands are not part of the config file. Running the most current version of both games, including all DLC (well, I don't have the Aussie paint for ETS2, but...yeah, everything else LOL). Any ideas how to get this working? I really want to be able to jump around for better jobs again instead of being stuck with the city I'm in to get jobs every time.

Just copy this lines in the config.cfg file mentioned in the first post on this thread. Don't forget to save the file.

Thanks, I'll try those out later and see if it worked. Really hope so, there's some real gold in the console, and the teleport is super useful for getting those high paying jobs without driving 6 countries over.

if they are not present in config you are probably looking into wrong one.
