Hey,

Has anyone else had problems with Almar Skrs customer service? I have had their Scania gear knob about 6 months and now splitter broke down.. And after you get problems with their products even if warranty is still on their customer service is so bad..

Not so far, I was impressed with the speed of delivery of both the skrs and indicator switches. However as nothing has gone wrong I haven't had to deal with them post sale.

Hy,

Did you still hear something from almar?

I have a similar problem with the scania shifter and also have to contact them

I have to press against the splitter to engage the "high" gears...

It was very funny to drive with that shifter and don´t want to miss that.

Well i got my gear knob fixed but wasnt very impressed about customer service. I had to also pay postal cost to Poland to get it fixed. Allthough laws in EU says that warranty fix has to be free including posting. I was big fan of their products before this "event" but not so much anymore..

Yeah mine Almar SKRS shifter also broke down and their answer was similar that price of fix would have been pretty much same as price of new unit. I said to them no thank you. I am now printing and making own shifter which has also better connection to TM shifter lever

I 3D print my own Shifter with two switches and wired it to my USB controller card. It has also nut which enables me to screw it to Thrustmaster shifter so that it stays in place. In Almars shifter that was never very good and shifter was rotating.
