Ok, found the templates for 3d UV channel, here, within SCS forums, by @pete379jp to whom goes my deepest thanks.
Let's get back to work!

Solved! Turns out that the .tobj file – relative to the flake noise.dds texture – was messed up, thus messing up the whole uvscale.
I really don't know how it could have happened that such a file became "bad" somehow, anyway I used a "good" .tobj and now the flake-noise texture wraps around perfectly. I still have to find the correct value for the string flake_uvscale, but it's only a matter of tests.
Thank you so much for yoyr help, @xXCARL1992Xx. Now that I have solved the main issue, I will for sure continue working on full 4096x "new" templates, as per your wise suggestion, and will likely forget the alternate_uvset string! I am sorry but yesterday in refreshing the browser pages, I have missed your last comment!! My bad!
