[solved] Map displacement

hey guys

have a little annoying problem, SCS changed the map viewer so that it rotates if you move from left to right on the world map and before that i had this mod installed

problem there was that if i zoom out some citys were placed in water, so i deactivated it but with it came a new problem

like you see in the image the whole map is displaced and i dont know how i could fix it

would be grateful for any help with this

current game version is OB 1.30

its mod issue.
you have modded map data for color obviously, but there are also ui coordinates (somewhere at the end of file). get correct ones from 1.30 build.
together with this also map background textures has been changed.

hm ok

so i just rewrite the mod with the original data from 1.30 then

i looked into the mod and there are only textures, so witch def file do i need then ?

I think Max is talking about /def/map_data.sii. Also check if a /def/game_data.sii exists.

Better search in all of your mods for these files. If you have any, both must be updated. It is also possible that more than one mod has a copy of these files.

fixed it now

the mod had only texutres in material/ui/map/XXX.dds

so i replaced those with the original from 1.30

then i copied the def/map_data.sii into it and the map is alignt again with the boarders

ok im dumb :lol:

i totally forgot i have a mod with personal edits for the game and there was a map_data.sii from before 1.30 and i only realised it because SCS map originally has yellow roads and not green so yes now it is fixed
