Not working spots and michelin dolls

Hi guys, looking for a wee help with spots and dolls as in subject. All working fine and lights up in showroom or a garage, but nothing happening on the road. What the problem could be?? As on photo below.

Also I have some problem with coupuling the trailer I didn't have this problem before but it's looking like the trailer is sitting to low (any trailer) or unit sits to high or both same time.
