Special DLC lights..

So, i have a problem, beacons on pilot cars and police cars arent working. Everything else works just fine, my trucks beacons, turning signals etc.
Any ideas why is that, and how i could fix it?

I have removed Promods (+rusmap+scandinavia+paris) because those jobs wherent anywhere to be seen in there (altought trailers were..)
I have also tryed without any graphic, or flaremods, and without beacon mods - or most of lightmods. And still those beacons are turned off...

-I know, i have a lot of warnings etc, i am working on those..

Well until you won't try it on new profile without mods, we can't help you. There is obviously a looooot of mods and some of them indicate by name already, that are somehow modifying flares/lights.

Even from screenshot I can see that escort vehicle has modded headlight flares
