I need help in understanding the settings under HDR in the weather editor coz its there some where I believe my problem lies.
Pic on the left shows the brightness on the outside from cam 6 and on the right shows how dark it is from first person view.
How do I achieve the same level of brightness in both the camera views or lower the difference between the two?

In cab brightness doesn't match outside's
Re: In cab brightness doesn't match outside's
Maybe the truck has tinted windows
Re: In cab brightness doesn't match outside's
Yes, this is simply due to tinted glass. Check it by looking outside of the truck's window.
You got to identify the material for the windshield and the side windows (probably the same file). Simplest way is to import the interior in question into a 3d-editor and select the window mesh. Be aware that such a mod can become obsolete with any game patch.
If you have found the material, you have to change the "tint" setting like this:
I've done this for the old Actros and it worked fine.

Thanks fellas! I know about the tint, however I should have mentioned that I was playing around with the HDR settings for a w.i.p. summer mod.
It seems my issue has become better by adjusting target gray, target white (HDR) & diffuse (Illumination).
