Newer update has serious problems

After updating to newer version 1.36.2.55s I'm experiencing serious frame drops and game gliches. The game was playing smoothly before the update.

My rig:
Mother Board: Asus Rog Strix Z390-F Gaming
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K 3.60GHZ LGA1151
COOLER: NZXT Craken x62
RAM: G.Skill F4-3200C14D-16GVR 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4 3200MHZ Ripjaws V Dual Channel Kit
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX1660 Ti WindForce OC 6G DDR6 Game-Ready Driver Version: 445.75(latest)
PSU: Corsair HX850i 80+ Platimun
SSD: 2xSamsung 970 PRO 512GB NVME PCIE GEN 3.0 X4 M.2 2280 (game installed on one of them)
HDD: 2x1TB WD Blue
Monitor: ASUS VG278 144Hz

Win10 Pro
DX11
In-Game Res.: 1920x1080
In-Game Graphics: All settings at max
Both G-Sync and V-Sync enabled

The game plays at 110-125 FPS average. The drops are frequently and very sudden at 62-75 for 15-30miliseconds making the gliches very obvious and annoying. Has anybody expecienced same issue with the newer update?

Update 01.
After further investigation about the frame drops and sudden game gliches I find out that this happens during game play with error "Unknown climate continental" or "Unknown climate coastal" which are errors refered to NaturaLux mod. Any of you having the same issue with NaturaLux?
