Just some suggestions based on experience and reading forums for this game, Don't use OneDrive for this game, move the files to My Documents.
If that's not enough, try verifying your game files, you can do this by going to your Steam Library, right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2, select "properties", in the popup window click on "Local Files", then click on "verify integrity of game files", wait for it to finish, if it finds issues it will start a download, after that you can play the game.

For now i'd say your best bet is to not use One Drive, at least start with that.

The crash is caused by one of your mods referencing something that SCS has changed. Make sure that all your mods are updated for 1.41.
