Blender2SCS - [v0.3.3 > 6.5.2016][Support Only]

#1 Post by 50keda » 20 Apr 2013 16:31

Hi,

I already posted link to my webpage in my media showroom but I will do it here to reach general forum users.

I have created Blender add-on for importing/exporting models to ETS2
You can check about it here: blender2scs.tk

Take care,
50k
Now as we all know B2SCS development came to an end!

Links to latest versions are still available for the ones who wants to make mods for ETS2 up to 1.26 and ATS up to 1.5.

You may remember that I was skeptical when you hoped for assistance by SCS. Don't know if I was wrong with that or not, but anyway - you did it, with or without official support. Much work, as I assume.

Congrats, and respect for your achievement.

I'll have to check this out. Of course, I'll first have to get and install Blender! I've never even investigated Blender at all, being a died-in-the-wool 3d Studio Max modeler... 8-)

The new site is working and, after reading just a few lines it seems this thing you've created is going to be something important.
It might mean bye-bye zmod. I wonder how upset that guy (making it and asking money for it) will be... especially since it's not that good, I heard.
Anyway, I'm too old to start learning my 4th 3D design software (Blender)... but, who knows, maybe I'll give it a go, 'cause I'd really love to "customize" some of the models.
Cheers.
