1.33 Low Performance

After the 1.33 update the game is performing much worse than before. Anyone having the same problem?

PS: I have no mods installed.

Yes. My performance is questionable now too. The game seems to be more "jittery" and not smooth frames as it was before.

i use windows 10 to, but I dont have any problem with the performance. the setings to the game is high and very high and the scaling is 200. I use many mods and one map. It works very good.

It was not necessarily in the FPS but in the frame time that was unstable in some situations

With a clean profile I notice no issue with the performance on win7.

Today I am using the build insider of windows 10 (18290) and did an update on the drivers of NVIDIA and noticed at least on my system a drop / limitation of fps (15 to 35) in version 417.22.
Some other people also reported the same problem and mostly on notebook GPU's!

Maybe this was the problem for us.
Today I'm using 391.25 (available from Dell) and I did not have any more problems

I can't seem to get 144hz even though it's set in the options. Seems stuck at 60. Game also likes to disable my blue light filter, is the window being created in a weird way?

this is how the blue light filter works, you dont want it in full screen games

and i dont have any performance problems at all Windows 10 1809 17763.134 and nvidia 416.16, settings on high and even 4x MSAA and SGSSAA in nvidia + 16x AF
