game crashes while in city v1.14.2s

I have a problem and do not know how to solve it,please help!It goes as follows:ets2 v1.14.2.s,tandem truck mod v30,win8.1 x64,when starting game,i can drive while out of the city,but the game crashes instantly(3 sec) when entering city or loading game with truck at the garage.sorry for the bad english.

First, buy a license for ETS2.

I asked for help,because i need this sim for about a month or so for practicing for my driver's licence,and realy can't afford to pay for license.Nevertheless,thanks for your help.

Lets just hope the that those who take you for your test are genuine and you don't end up with an illegal/fake truck drivers licence.
