Rumble strips sound not working at intersections

Sound of driving on sideline does not work on intersections. I have been abusing paint on the roads for some time, and noticed that when road becomes prefab - sound is gone.

Tried:
Intersection just north of Nurnberg (4-way cloverleaf) from south to east.
Then next intersection from this one (half-cloverleaf) from main to secondary.
Then, to be short - whole road to Praha.

Version 1.4.1 steam.

I also have not working rumble strips. And also having the steam version, just version (1.15.1.1). So I also need way to turn it on, in case you have found it.
