Weird shadows in tunnels/when passing street lights at night

Don't know if this can be fixed, but here goes: weird shadows on any trailer when driving through tunnels at night and when passing street lights at night.
ETS2 v1.4.1 new profile/no mods (although this was already present since v1.3.1 and before)

No need for coordinates as it happens everywhere at night.
