No rain spray when raining, only afterwards

There is no rain spray visible when driving in the rain, only after it stops raining there is a lot (perhaps too much) rain spray.
ETS2 v1.4.1 new profile/no mods

Here is a picture i took right after it stopped raining:

No need for coordinates as it happens wherever it is raining.
