Taillights Neon trailer - blacked out/texture missing [2697]

The tail lights on the Neon trailers (and other chemical products that are being transported by this type of trailer) are still blacked out. The textures are missing.

This was also present in v1.3.x and perhaps even since update v1.2.5.x so i would gladly like to see this bug forwarded to SCS so they can fix it.

EDIT: this bug does not always happen with every trailer of this type. The trailer on the right did not have this problem (it was a delivery from Manchester to Calais) Also, i have seen this bug on the other variant as well (the same type of trailer but WITH frame). I think this bug only covers these two types of trailers, both with and without frame around the tank, and somewhat randomly.

That screenshot is from a modded game. How do we know the problem isn't because of the mod?

And 'joy knop 3' ??? A bit of a mixed language set-up :)

I haven't seen one in the game... been playin' for a while...

I don't know why it says 'joy knop 3' but it has always been this way. It is one of the presets of my wireless 360 controller. I selected English as game language but i have a Dutch OS, so that might explain something :mrgreen:

Also, yes, my game contains mods, but there are no mods that change anything to this type of trailer and/or its textures.

I am using Real Headlights v1.4.1 from nIGhT-SoN but it only changes the flares, not the tail light textures or anything regarding this type of trailer. I am also using vaarduar's Realistic Textures v1.8.0 but it doesn't contain any changes to this type of trailer as well. Also, if anything would have changes, other trailers like the container trailers etc. would also suffer from this issue and they don't.

Please, if you get to see one of these trailers on the road yourself, please have a quick look at it. I can't be the only one having this issue. I even remember seeing this bug prior to update 1.4.x and even 1.3.x and i wasn't using the mods i am using now at that time.

hmmm... checking def/cargo/ I found there is a neon.sii... I guess I never came across it... maybe because I rarely take these cisterns. :D
