Railway Crossings again

Just installed the new patch and now the railway crossings are not working again. Or at least this one...
Red lights begin to flash, so i stopped and nothing else happened, the Train stands on the Rails and the barrier didnt move.

Update/Patch: Replace the old, boring bugs with new and exciting ones!

This has been reported several times and apparently it is not a bug but intended behaviour.

If you are close to the barriers when the lights start flashing, the train will stop so you can pass unharmed.

Only if you can't pass, is it a bug.
