Also, there seems to be growing quite some grass through the road where the bridge ends.

Ah but that's an unusable piece of road, only the motorway runs underneath so I don't think it matters.

If that was the case then the bug would be that the pole is MASSIVE compared to the others.

If it's in a visible area for the player it's a bug! Poles don't float in midair.

strenge, i do not have that middle road generated pole in my version of the map - it is most probably already fixed
