there is no need to get coordinates as this issue is caused by the very same reason as viewtopic.php?f=130&t=41456 .
(i suppose you still use same game version as in the other thread)

actually this bug happened randomly. Not at particular cities. Sometimes i find this bug at 4 different cities, and when i somehow get back to that same cities and same traffic light, it just doing fine (without restarting the game).

So IMHO, this bug happened randomly. Or maybe it got something to do with "delivery"? Hope wont find this bug again on the next patch.

as I had mentioned in the previous patch, this error occurs when you continue using the same profile on the new patch
then I created a new profile, the problem did not recur
at least that was the solution I found..

I'm using the same profile since the first version of the game. Never happened this bug to me.

Well, now ai cars causing accidents
