Double traffic signs

The 80km/h traffic sign is repeated only a few hundred meters down the road.

Not sure if this is a bug... unless the speed limit is set to a lower than 80 after the second sign

First 80 sign is inside the city limits zone.

Then city limits ends. If there wasn't a second sign, all limits were voided by the "Praha exit".

So the second 80 sign insists on there is still a restriction. A while later, it is lifted to 110.

It is not uncommon. I've seen this frequently IRL.
