Speed camera bug/missing speed limit sign?

After passing this 90km/h speed limit sign, i reached a sign telling me that a speed camera is up ahead, followed by the Budapest city sign, the speed camera itself and, of course, a speeding ticket.

Now, i know that this will probably be another 50km/h speed limit zone, but there is no 50km/h speed limit sign to be found down that road. Shouldn't there be one?

If you entered the city is is implied you are limited at 50kph.
This is written on that board, when you enter the country.
Some cities have the 50 sign, at the entry, some don't - it is not compulsory.

Yep. Here in Denmark you just have to know that when you pass the city limit sign inbound, you're in a 50kph zone. Unless otherwise indicated by signs.

Same thing in France.
When you enter in a city/town/village, speed limit is 50 kph.

The only cases the speed limit is mentionned with the same board as the city one are:

1. A higher speed (most of time 70 or 90 kph) : for the main road only! Other roads have 50kph speed limit
2. A lower speed, in small villages for example or a town with sharp turns and narrow streets (most of time 30kph) : This is the speed limit for the entire village, city...
