Onramp blocked near Paris N104 [AS DESIGNED]

See attached screenshot. Location: N104 junction near Paris. I followed the GPS (1) and then couldn't turn left. The onramp was closed off. I had to go forward and make a u-turn across the divider (2).

But this one is not a bug, it's a feature. If the road is blocked, it means that there is no road behind it. Blocked ways on this junction lead to the west, away from the map.

Had he made the turn where he thought he should, he'd have been on the "off ramp" from the four lane expressway. No driving on the left side of the road on the Continent mate!

This is not a mistake.
That road is blocked on purpose, because it leads to nowhere...
If you check, on the highway overpass, there's another block, with the same function.
