Undiscoverable Road

I also encountered this problem in version 1.7 (steam, no mods)

It seems to be a terrain bug of some sort where a tiny piece of road is right under some other piece of terrain making it undiscoverable.
Not really a game-breaking bug but this might help:

Note the tiny piece of road on the GPS, it's probably about 1-2 meters.


From a distance you can see the piece of road (the short lines on the ground)


If you get closer the lines disappear

I've tried to discover that little piece a few times with and without a trailer, and with a few different trucks (tried it every time I drove past) and had no luck.

these specific parking places are not discoverable.
as they have to look different to each other they cannot be done as ordinary prefab and thus are not handled by exploration system at all.

I'm aware the parking lots cannot be discovered, however this bug report isn't about the parking lot but a very small piece of road right at the entrance to the parking lot.

Here it is enlarged with an arrow pointing to the specific road:


That's also the piece of road that causes the lines I mentioned one post back to appear/disappear depending on how far away you are.
It's the only piece of road I know of that you can not actually discover. It doesn't affect 100% explored because of how small it is.

i removed that small prefab (under parking ground) from ui map - should not be visible anymore
