World Of Trucks Account Reset

hi All

a few months ago my pc crashed and lost all my gaming files right, long story short so instead having to start a new profile i downloaded someones profiles(saved Game profile) and use that to start game again. so now my previous acccount tthat i lost was linked with WOt and now the new one is linked with WOT but since i had this new one i cannot ingame upload my Pictures that i take ingame to my WOT account i need help how to reset my WOT account.

Update your WoT details in your profile.
When you start the game, highlight the profile you want and on the right hand side press the Edit button.
In there enter your WoT details in the relevant fields.

the account is connect to WOT but for some reason i cannot upload my scrrenshot to WOT ingame Screenshot manager it just hangs.

If I understand correctly, under GDPR, a website owner has to destroy a user's data when requested to do so. Reading the Privacy Policy on the World of Trucks website, point 6C is the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). If a user wants their data destroyed, essentially resetting their account, they should contact support@worldoftrucks.com via email to see about the possibility of that happening.
