A 'semi-manual' Total Distance WoT Ranking.

Hello WoT truckers. This thread is inspired by the previous work of @Reis_6 and his post A 'manual' Total Distance WoTr Ranking. As he noted, maintaining such a list by hand can quickly become overwhelming.

I've authored a basic python script to help automate this process, so it's currently "semi-manual". The script is a work in progress, and hopefully I'll (re)add user country info and meta-stats.

@SCS-Software and @mods , I've tried to make my script act politely with the WoT servers.
Reviewing the robots.txt, it seems permissible to scrape WoT public content, provided one stays out of /api/ (which I avoided). My script throttles itself, currently limiting WoT web queries to once every 20 3 seconds. My script also caches WoT data, and doesn't try to refresh that for at least 2 days. Please advise if these settings should be adjusted, or if other changes need to occur. Last, the script only checks WoT users that it is given; it does not try to query all WoT users. To prime the script, I scraped WoT users listed in the A 'manual' Total Distance WoTr Ranking thread. My intent is to run the script monthly or quarterly, if there is interest from forum users.

Another stats alternative is the website https://ets2.online/ , created by DTML & ResTed.
