Euro Coach DLC?

#1 Post by serkie » 23 Feb 2017 19:48

I know you already have an ongoing idea about this but we, bus addicts, are looking forward to see some action about euro coach plan. There's been a while since we last heard about this tho. Could you also consider releasing some news about the plan? I know it's really hard to get licenses and you are busy with developping current two games but knowing you're also working on the plan gets us excited! I also have Euro Truck from the beginning (w/ all DLCs) and love playing it but current bus mods aren't enough.

Thank you :)

It's still being worked on, they already have several licenses, they (Pavel) told us this last year. :P

Nothing else has been said about it, so that would suggest nothing has changed.

The coaches were presented as WIP two years after the double trailer concept was blogged. May be this can give us a glimpse when to call something "dead". :D

How long have we had double trailers?

Since 1.28, August 2017. First blog post about it, showing pictures, was March 2011. Presentation of coaches happened in March 2013.

When I see some of the short but beautiful Italian roads that lead to one single thing, being a bus stop, I think that coaches are definitely to be expected some time in the future. But whether it'll be 2018 or years from now, nobody knows...

(For example, see the bus stops in Ancona and Cassino.)
