Well, I was fine ordering from the US for 9 items out of 10 (the 1 bad being CSIO, you guessed). Shipping via USPS takes longer (10 days), and sometimes you get additional customs tax (not reliably and doesn't seem to depend on item price, probably whether they check or not). So I understand...

From Europe I ordered a display from BBJ Racing: http://bbjsimracing.com/

He also sells button boxes but I find them quite generic and not realistic... but much cheaper though. Excellent service, the guy sent me a new unit when the first one stopped working, no questions asked and didn't even ask to ship back the original unit.
LOOKING TO BUY AN SKRS SHIFTER?
DO NOT BUY FROM CSIO TECHNOLOGIES

They'll take your payment immediately yet they show no signs of fulfilling orders,
I ordered mine Aug. 14, 2017 and they WILL NOT communicate with me at all!

Alas my CC bank can't help me, the dispute's team must be advised within 30 days of the transaction, my goodwill giving them (CSIO) time to produce & send the product has bit me in the butt.

Well exactly one year to the day so I thought I'd give you all a (non) update, those scam artists still haven't fulfilled their order to me, nor have they refunded me, nor have they ever once contacted me despite several attempts by myself to contact them.

Still processing, yeah sure, ok.

Despite the sad news that you still haven't got what you paid for, It's really nice to see that you're still alive and kickin', Reef :D

Gee, all these people in here that got scammed. I'm glad I got warned in the comments of Squirrel's YouTube video about the shifter, otherwise I'd be in the same position now. I will get the ALMAR SKRS MAN TGX shifter this month together with his indicator/wiper switch box.

EDIT:
Wow, not even 2 hours after ordering and ALMAR shipped! :)
