Arkansas Ideas/Tips/Suggestions
Re: Arkansas Ideas/Tips/Suggestions
Yeah I've noticed UPS, Fedex, CR England, Landstar for sure have there logos on the plates. There may be others those are the ones I see regularly over here. It's also common to see trucks with trailers registered i other states , like Maine, when the tractor is registered else where as some states all permanent or semi permanent plates allowing a one time cost instead of annual fees for registration.

I used to work at England and haven't noticed that. Odd. Maybe they only have it on some of their plates?
Re: Arkansas Ideas/Tips/Suggestions
I know you did, I found it odd that you didn't notice. Maybe it was one of those things where you saw it but didn't actually see it? It could also be only on some trucks too. Who knows. If you look em up on google images you can find a picture which shows the crest on the plate. I constantly find myself "getting lost" (so to speak) on roads I've driven a million times because I've never noticed certain buildings or landmarks before.
Re: Arkansas Ideas/Tips/Suggestions
If ATS doesn't get Sam's Club by time Arkansas comes, its would be a perfect add with Arkansas. Its the least that can get added. I like Dillard's if clothing/apparel becomes a thing. We things like leather, cotton, polyester and wool can make this happen. Tyson would be perfect but SCS is not going to give us slaughter houses for livestock so I wouldn't add it. As far as carriers, all those work. I use to live by the JB Hunt near Protho Junction at I-40 and AR-161. I use to love driving by seeing those COE JB Hunt trucks in the early 90s. PAM is all over, CalArk I see all the time rolling thru Dallas. I've seen a few USA Truck setups. I don't recall Maverick much though. FedEx aka PostEd....should be a logistics company along with an Amazon parody in ATS. I'd name the Amazon company Nile or Congo.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Arkansas is getting a big change to its road map over the next few years to a decade out.
Interstate 57
Missouri and Arkansas are planning to extend I-57 from its current terminus, upgrade US 67 to interstate grade which will become I-57. This will connect Little Rock to Chicago.

Missouri is already upgrading US 67 to interstate standards to convert it to I-57. Arkansas has already upgraded US 67 from Little Rock to walnut ridge to interstate standards. All that serrates these two is 40 miles.
Interstate 49
Arkansas is building I-49 in western Arkansas, with a span crossing the Arkansas River and going around Fort Smith:

Once I-49 is over the river the plan is to bring it to Y city which is about halfway between Fort Smith and Texarkana. The main holdup will be the crossing of the Arkansas river because it's a federal waterway so needs additional approvals, but work has already started.
Interstate 69
Interstate 69 will eventually connect Mexico to Canada through Texas, Northern Louisiana, southern and southeastern Arkansas, crossing the Mississippi into the state of Mississippi and going up to Memphis.

Arkansas is trying to build its sections but Louisiana and Mississippi have no plans to build their areas of the interstate, thoguh there have been discussions of building the bridge across the river. This one is liekly the longest to complete but parts are being built in Arkansas.
US 412 interstate
US 412 between Interstate 35 in Oklahoma and Interstate 49 in Northwest Arkansas has been designated a future interstate. This will connect Tulsa,Oklahoma to Fayetteville,Arkansas.

Arkansas wants to extend it in the future across the north of the state, from Fayetteville area to the Jonesboro area.
