Why are American engineers suddenly becoming obsessed about roundabouts? Nobody even knows how to drive in them, and I hate them because I have no clue who has the right of way.
Roundabouts trend is like a fever that soon or later infect the administrations of any country.

One of the most famous blogs on Spain for years was dedicated to expose the huge waste of money that administrations do with some infrastructures. The blog's name was "Roundabout nation"

Luckily, we still are far from reaching the British mastery on that evil art of roundabout construction:

The Swindon roundabout is an abomination. I just can't understand that one. There isn't even any traffic signage in it to help direct traffic and establish the right of way.

Too many people blew stop signs creating t-bone collisions where people died that when DOT or local highway department decided to change some intersections to roundabouts.

Holy hell! If I ever came to that roundabout in person, I'd just get out of my car and walk.

So, pull up, get confused, get out of the car, stick it in your pocket, walk through the mess of road, pull your car back out, and continue?
That's what I'd want to do!

LMAO. I know right. That makes my head hurt trying to figure out what's going on. A circle within a circle with mini circles before you enter the bigger circles. That just makes my head go around in circles trying to process how to get thru the circles that feature both counter-clockwise and clockwise as part of the circles.

These don't make it any better. Just give me a traffic light.

For some reason, I feel like we need South Park in-game

South Park isn't a real city in Colorado, but it does take place in Park County, CO where there is an area of grasslands called South Park. Trey Parker grew up in a neighboring country (Jefferson) and based the location of the show off of that area, about 60 miles away from Denver. Would love to SCS do some subtle references to the show, though.
