Rumble Strips across highway. Not a sign but does to warn drivers usually on remote, rural highway approaching a stop sign.

Weight limit signs are not enhanced conspicuity signs.

The enhanced conspicuity for road signs varies on a local level across the states rather than on a state wide level, usually based on the danger level. I agree with supersobes as I don't believe it would be beneficial to try in make a usage list based on each state as it needs to be researched highway by highway, city by city, which is unfortunate as it would be much easier if there was one rule fits all. I think it would be more beneficial to make lists of unique road sign designs for each state. With that being said, here are a few more examples of enhanced conspicuity.

State Law
[ external image ]

In some areas it is common to see signs that say state law followed by whatever law. These are common along the highway especially after crossing into a new state. They can be found in towns, cities, highways, anywhere where the government felt the need to emphasize a certain law.

Over-height Vehicle
[ external image ]
https://www.google.com/maps/@44.24557,- ... 384!8i8192
These are common to see in areas where there are low bridges or in areas where its common for cargo to be over 13'6". The beacon lights only flash if a vehicle is detected as being over height. These warning signs also come equipped with a loud speaker that yells at drivers that they are over-height and cannot proceed.

Traffic Light warning
[ external image ]

Many areas have traffic light warning signs that only flash when the light is red or about to turn red. This varies from state to state and is almost exclusively used on roads with speed limits higher that 45mph. If the beacon lights are timed to start flashing before the light turns yellow. If a vehicle traveling the speed limit is at the sign when the lights start to flash, as long as they maintain the speed limit, they will reach the intersection at the same time the light turns yellow. The beacon lights continue to flash through the yellow and red cycles and then turn off as soon as the light turns green.

Weigh Stations

Weigh Stations all have signs to indicate whether or not they are open. Most states have either a digital open/closed sign, or flashing beacon lights. Sometimes, both. It could also be different between scales within a state. There is also the old school version that is either a sliding or folding sign. These are less common. Many states do not have a pre-pass system like the one featured in this game and all trucks must enter when open.

Flashing LEDs
[ external image ]

Others have brought up the flashing LEDs in signs which again varies from area to area. There have been many good examples of these posted previously. This one its a bit special. Many areas with flashing LEDs have them set on a motion sensor so they only start flashing when they detect a vehicle approaching, although this is also common for beacon lights in some situations. The sign pictured above has flashing LEDs in the sign, not only does it only start to flash when it detects a vehicle, it also has a speed sensor and only flashes when it detects the vehicle moving above the set speed, in this case 20mph. Signs that are speed sensitive are rare but you can find them scattered here and there.

Traffic Advisory

The final sign I am going to mention, although it may not be needed, is the travel advisory sign. The design of this sign changes from state to state and has beacon lights on it. These lights flash when there is information for drivers including accidents, construction, road closures, extreme weather or other public safety alerts. Sometimes these messages included information about upcoming road closures. It would be interesting to see something like this implemented.

The weigh station signs and the state law signs are already in the game. They do look a bit different than you examples because as you said, they do vary by state.
