Of course we know Flickr (Imgur, Pinterest etc.), but once we place it here, we know which skin is the current one and if someone posts something wrong, the rest of our community will fix it soon or later.
And... the community will be happy that we have the correct skins if they get into the game.

@all: That is my next question. In the states mentioned above - How often unmarked interceptors are used?

I know there are specific laws for each state, but is there a state, where unmarked pursuit car can be used?

I know in Texas, they aren't allowed to initiate a pursuit. I can't speak for other states, but I think the general consensus might be that they can't. But since this is a state-by-state thing, there may be one or two that might allow such a scenario. Mostly, they are used in traffic enforcement; it also doesn't help the stigma of potential bad actors that are impersonating cops.

As far as I know, completely unmarked cars are entirely illegal in Arkansas (all law enforcement vehicles are required to have some form of identification, such as a visible light bar; usually inside on the top of the front and back windows, department symbol/badge; usually only on passenger side so that traffic on opposing side of road can't see it, etc).
There are also some cities in Arkansas that do not allow pursuits at all and instead have to find other means of stopping runaway criminals (such as roadblocks on all the exiting roads in the district) due to the inherent danger to surrounding traffic involved in high-speed pursuits.

Unmarked pursuit cars:

Washington - yes
Oregon - yes
California - no (use marked pursuit cars with covert lighting)
Nevada - no (use ‘ghost markings’ (faint markings) and covert lighting)
Utah - no (?)
Arizona - yes (small fleet of Ford Mustangs)
New Mexico - yes
Idaho - not yet (?). State has been looking at changing legislation to allow them.

Most (if not all) states do use a variety of unmarked cars and vans to find offenders but will coordinate with marked cars to pull over the offender. Not all states will use these operations for catching speeding drivers but catching distracted, drunk or dangerous drivers is a common operation.
