Huge US Map mod minimap bug

After installing this mod, my minimap gets corrupted. This error began to appear several minutes after the start of the game. The minimap stops in place and does not move. (for example: I go to Monterrey and go off the map, and my marker disappears, and the minimap stays, e.g. in Kansas City). I reinstalled and this error still occurs after reinstalling.

There is a solution to this error?

Well, I'd imagine it contains Coast to Coast, CanaDream, US Expansion, and probably the Mexico Maps.
