Test it without mods and, if it's still present, report then.
Also, put some description... I am not sure what this means.

On the counter is 120 km / h and on the gps is 144 km / h
I created a new profile with no mods and it is the same problem

One more thing:

does this happen only above 120? Because the dashboard gauge is limited, while the RA isn't.
So, it's normal that the dashboard needle stops at a certain speed, even if the truck is traveling faster than that.

This is not a bug, the tacho on the dahboard simply doesnt go further than 120kmh.
Usually truckers dont drive 140+kmh, but 70/80/90kmh, it's not a car.

Well, if you read wikipedia it says it is the rev counter.
The problem is that the word "tahos" (or "tachos") means SPEED, so.. tacho-meter should be a device measuring the speed...
I've always known it as being the speed-o-meter (another weirdly composed English word), not the rev counter, at least in my language, where the latter is calle turo-metru.
Even wikipedia gives the Greek origin of the name as coming from speed, not rotation or revolutions...
I guess it's debatable

Over here in Australia the Tacho is the engines RPM and the Speedo is the speed in KPH.
Most unusual that the same name differs in various countries!
Yet there is no 'Speedo" shown here:
