Hi guys,
This has probably appeared before I'm still noticing a really old issue... Driving into a tunnel at night does not illuminate the scene in the mirror! As in, the tunnel is correcly illuminated by the overhead lights ahead but in the mirror all is dark and you just see the surrounding cars and truck's own parking lights... as in you are not in the tunnel...
I did have a screenshot but I've lost it in the midst of my memory stick...
I'll get it tomorrow or later today.

Overhead lights in tunnels don't show in mirrors
Re: Overhead lights in tunnels don't show in mirrors
Lights are not rendered in the mirrors to avoid the extra load on the system. Just like shadows (if you noticed that, too).
These are deferred effects that take a lot of computing power, and mirrors are already one of the biggest FPS killer... Combining them would really "hurt" your PC

Retired, but still loving it.

Well, ETS2 already hurts mine. Pentium B950 with HD3000 Graphics. Even on low it only manages 20fps although scaling is on 100% but decreasing it means I can't read the dash...

True
Anyway, if you haven't already, remove the front (downward looking) and far side (downward looking) mirrors, if you don't really use it. It should help.. a bit
