The pillars from the first location have only one white reflective element, facing the driver. The other side has no element.

The other side has no poles if both directions are separated physically, like with barriers. Hence, there are no left posts on your picture.

On roads like country roads, there are posts on both side. On the front, visible on the right side of the road, reflector is a rectangle, like in your picture. On the backside, which you usually see on the left side of the road, there are two dots:

Okay guys. Thanks. I did thought that it might be like this in other countries, but I was lazy to do street-view look at it

It's bit weird, but since it's as it should be, you can lock this. Big + to SCS to paying attention to such small details.
